If you want to transfer your account please provide us with the following information：

​

1. If there are any purchases, please send us several transaction records from the previous account.

​

2. Player ID of the previous account and Player ID of the new account.

​

3. Previous account level and completed chapters.

​

4. Mainly used hero and equipment of the account, and screenshots of all items and monster books. Both accounts are needed.

​

5. Please take photos of the game settings and transaction records （Put them in the same screen） with both new device and previous device. （in the same real life view）

Please note we do not support this service for Huawei devices as they do not support Google Play Services anymore.
