While everyone is able to explore Routes from the Nearby menu, the ability to create new Routes is only available to select Pokemon Go Trainers at this time.​

We have an exhasustive review process that evaluates the viability and safety of a Route before it is accepted or rejected.

The time frame could cange dependingg on the submissions we receive, however, it may usually take a week or event more.​
